A valid Cigarette and Tobacco license, and a Seller’s Permit from CDTFA is required to open an account and shop our warehouse. You must have these sent to us PRIOR to coming into our warehouse. Please email licenses to: wpalaceoffice@gmail.com.

We do not provide any prices online.
